Mrs. Barbara Hales addresses 3,500 people per night.  Her team is made up of her daughter-in-law Genelle Hales, her Rwanadan interpreter and local church staff.  As of July 23, 2002, Barbara has been blessed with 105 people wishing to join God's remnant church through baptism.
