Hotel Information |
"Hotel" The participants will stay at the Adventist Sanitarium which is directly across the street from the Hotel Escandon. The cost at the Escandon is US$40 per day, with breakfast. The price at the Adventist Sanitarium will be US$30 per day for room including three meals. |
Orientation and Travel Instructions |
Orientation: Orientation will be at the Inter-American Division office in Miami, Florida on Tuesday, May 27, 2003. Participants should plan to arrive no later than Monday evening, the 26th. The office address is: 8100 SW 117th Ave., Miami, FL 33183 and the office phone number is: (305) 403-4700. Participants will stay at the Hampton Inn at 8200 S.W. 70th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33143 Tel: 305-269-0072. The Inter-American Division campaign coordinator will make hotel reservations. The cost per room is US$59 per night plus tax. We presume more than one will stay in each room and divide the expenses. You can plan to continue your flight from Miami to Mexico City no earlier than 6:30 P.M. the evening of the 27th. If there are no flights available, you should take the earliest flight possible on Wednesday morning the 28th. The North Mexican Union will arrange for your flight to be met and will take you to the hotel in Mexico City. |
Visas: Participants should secure a passport and tourist visa and travel with those in hand. |
