It is important for travelers to have a general idea about the temperature and weather they can expect as they travel to other parts of the world.  One of the easiest ways to secure this information is by going to the Internet.  There are many sites that provide world-wide weather.  I am listing below just a few of those that I found on which you can select a "World weather" information option:

• http://www.intellicast.com/   Under the section "How Weather Affects Your Life" you will find an option titled:  "World Weather Forecasts and International sites"

• http://weather.noaa.gov/weather/ccworld.html    This one features current conditions around the world.
