Hotel Information:

The information we request the host organization(s) to provide about the hotels in the Orientation City and the Hotel Cities include:

Name,  address,  telephone and fax numbers,  e-mail and website addresses (if the hotel has them,  price for a single room,  price for a double room,  whether or not the price includes breakfast,  and the average cost in the hotel of the other meals.  This information (or, as much of it as we can get) is available on the specific campaign website.  In a few instances we get pictures.  If we do, these will also be posted on the campaign website.
